Mohit has been in the real estate industry for over half a decade. During this time, he has held various prestigious positions starting from a humble start as a Sales Associate to an Estate Manager and a General Manager. He has worked with the various market leaders during this time, Oliver Hume, Villawood, PaskGroup and 3L Alliance to name a few.

Successfully managing land sales of more than $100 million across four residential land subdivision projects in metropolitan Melbourne, Mohit has a multitude of project marketing knowledge and experience which he loves sharing with his clients.

Empowering his clients with right tactical solutions to dominate the real estate market, Mohit strongly believes that Victoria’s biggest market share is held in established residential sector which remains underserved despite a recent spike in estate agents.
